Hey, do you ever struggle with staying focused on your tasks? I know I do. Sometimes I have so many things to do that I don’t know where to start. Or I get distracted by social media, email, or other things that are not really important. Or I set unrealistic goals for myself and then feel overwhelmed and discouraged.

If you can relate to any of these scenarios, you’re not alone. Procrastination is a common problem that affects many people. But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can learn how to focus better and get more done in less time.

One of the main reasons why we procrastinate is that we are too ambitious in our plans. We want to achieve our goals as fast as possible, so we try to tackle big projects that require a lot of mental effort and concentration. But this can backfire, because our brains get tired and bored easily, and we lose motivation and interest.

A better way to approach your goals is to break them down into smaller, manageable steps that you can do every day. This way, you can build habits that will help you stay focused and consistent. For example, if you want to read a 350-page book, don’t try to read 50 pages a day. That’s too much. Instead, read 10 pages a day, which is more realistic and achievable.
