The comfort zone is a psychological state in which an individual is operating within a familiar routine and is not experiencing significant stress or anxiety. While comfort zones can provide a sense of security and stability, they can also limit personal growth and fulfillment. Many people may believe that happiness is found within their comfort zone, but research suggests that the opposite is true. Happiness awaits those willing to step outside their comfort zones and challenge themselves.
